This simple guide makes it easy to know how we grade each item we sell.

Details about our devices

Data erased and tested

All data has been erased and the devices have been reset to their factory settings. You can see below in our Quality Guide each classification of product we carry and which tests have been performed and passed.

Batteries and back covers

CIT receives devices from multiple long-term partners. CIT does not remove any backs or batteries before shipping devices to our customers. We simply sell the devices as we receive them. We have found that a large percent of the devices we receive come with backs and batteries. But, we can not guarantee that each device will come with them. Please speak with your sales representative if you have any questions about this policy. This also includes SIM trays, stylus pens, and any other detachable parts of the device.

IMEI Guarantee

The large majority of our devices are Clean IMEI and the IMEI Status is displayed. Should any discrepancies arise with the IMEI within 30 days of your invoice receipt, please notify your dedicated account manager, and we will swiftly rectify the issue.

Unlocked vs Locked to carrier

Some device are locked to a carrier. The carrier the device is locked to will be clearly listed in our inventory sheet inside our Customer Portal.

Photos not available

We sell a large number of devices per month. This means that unfortunately we do not have the capabilities or time to take pictures of each device we sell. If you prefer to purchase devices after seeing a picture of them, you can do so through our eBay stores.

Accessories

We sell both new and used devices. Our used devices do not come in their original packaging nor with their original accessories unless otherwise stated.
