Whether you're a wholesaler, own a retail store, or sell online we have what you need! By becoming a wholesale partner, you get free access to thousands of previously owned and tested cell phones, tablets and more. The guide below will walk you through the steps you need to take to ensure your first purchase with CIT Electronics is successful.

Purchasing guide

1. Create an Account

Creating an account should take about 3-5 minutes to complete. During this process, we will ask for your contact and business information. You will also be prompted to create a password to gain access to our Customer Portal.

2. Search inventory & add to Cart

Once in our Portal, you can easily search thousands of wholesale devices that are now available to you. Advanced search and filter functions help you find exactly what you and your customers are interested in. Once you find the devices you need simply add each device and the desired quantity to your cart.

3. Make an offer

Our strategy centers on providing high-quality devices at very competitive prices, empowering our customers to sell more phones. Should you find a lower price elsewhere, we welcome the opportunity to consider your offer. Simply add devices to your cart, and you'll have the option to propose an offer for each item. Once your offers are in, your order is ready for finalization and submission.

4. Finalize & submit order

Finalize your order by verifying your payment method and shipping address. After your order is finalized, you can submit your order through our Customer Portal. If necessary your sales representative will contact you to discuss pricing and make sure your order is correct. Your order will then be packed by our shipping department.

5. Payment

Once your order is packed a final invoice will be emailed to you. If using PayPal to pay for your order you can quickly and easily submit payment through the billing section of our Customer Portal. If you would like to pay via wire transfer you can find instructions on how to do so in the email with your invoice. As soon as payment is received, your order will be shipped.

7. Track your package

Through our Customer Portal you can easily track your package from the CIT Warehouse to its final destination. The Portal makes it easy to know where your package is at all times and when it will be delivered.
